Makunyi survived the gunshot but his disciple, Welli, was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital. He left behind a wife and three young boys. Additionally, Kenya’s political instability and Islamic infection has been of great concern and trouble to the Christians there. But this sparks an even greater question: what should we, as Christians, do in light of this horrible event? Should we exercise our second amendment right or give up the ghost like Stephen in Acts chapter 7?
