Obama Aide Becomes Florida Planned Parenthood CEO

Obama Aide Becomes Florida Planned Parenthood CEOStephanie A. Marshall was the communications directors for the U.S. Health and Human Services and aide to first lady Michelle Obama. But in just a few days, she will succeed Char Wendel in becoming the CEO of Planned Parenthood in Collier County, Florida. During her time at HHS, Marshall was extremely active in flu planning, public education preparedness, Medicare prescriptions, as well as the First Lady’s famed “Let’s Move” initiative against childhood obesity.

The Planned Parenthood board chairwoman said about Marshall:

“She has devoted her entire career to protecting public health and ensuring access to high quality, affordable health care. With more than 20 years of health care policy, advocacy and communications experience in the public, private and nonprofit sectors, she has a unique understanding of today’s complex health care system.”

Is this another way Michelle Obama is helping end innocent lives? Or are the career choices of Stephanie Marshall completely divorced from that of the Obama administration?
