Barack Obama Scandals! Will The Real BHO Please Stand Up?
“I am absolutely certain that generations from now, we will be able to look back and tell our children…this was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal.” –Barack Obama, after receiving the Democrats’ nomination for President.
Immediately following his election and throughout his first term in the White House, we were routinely barraged with news reports about the extraordinary mind and intellect of Barack Obama.
The media salivated, Hollywood swooned, and the leg of Chris Matthews tingled.
Not only was Obama’s intellect so much superior to his opponents, his personality and charisma were unmatched, making him the envy of the world.
Obama’s compulsive need to bow to foreign dictators and to routinely apologize for America’s “sins” seemingly made even our Islamic enemies love us.
Going into his campaign against Mitt Romney, Obama claimed that he had killed Bin Laden and had Al Qaeda on the run.
Perhaps Obama really was the Messiah after all.
At least that’s what his adoring fans in the media all told us after his re-election.
But a disappointingly-meager few of us still warned that Obama was merely a fraud and a tyrant, someone who wanted to take away our freedoms and rule over every aspect of our life.
Once more, the media scoffed.
But in a recent speech to graduates at Ohio State University, Obama said, “You’ve grown up hearing voices that incessantly warn of government as nothing more than some separate, sinister entity that’s at the root of all our problems. They warn that tyranny is always lurking just around the corner. You should reject these voices.”
Scarcely two weeks later, those voices were proven to be accurate.
And Americans were finally able to see the other Barack Obama. The man whose power stopped the seas from rising is actually a bitter and vindictive little tyrant, lurking around the corner, who seeks to use the power of his office to destroy those who don’t share his views.
Under the leadership of President Barack Obama, we have seen his administration deliberately targeting Tea Party and Conservative groups for tax audits and intimidation by the Internal Revenue Service.
We have witnessed Obama’s State Department instruct military officers to “Stand Down” when they valiantly tried to rescue a United States Ambassador and three others in Benghazi. Calls for more security were ignored and four Americans were brutally murdered by Islamic terrorists, then the administration sent our U.N. Ambassador out to five different Sunday news shows to lie to Americans about the cause of the attacks.
Obama’s Justice Department not only was responsible for deliberately placing guns in the hands of Mexican bandits and drug lords, resulting in one of these guns being used to kill a U.S. Border Patrol Officer; they were also involved in the bugging and wiretaps of U.S. journalists with the Associated Press.
