Kermit Gosnell Too Old To be Executed for Abortion Baby Murders?

MH900309179 America has witnessed the conviction of Dr. Kermit Gosnell, a modern day monster who was alleged by a grand jury to have callously murdered hundreds of live born babies he attempted to abort. On Monday, justice was partially served for the victims of this mass murderer when a jury returned a sentence of guilty for the first-degree murder of three babies born alive, that he stabbed in the neck with scissors, according to Fox News. Yet, he skirted justice when he was allowed to plea deal a date with the executioner for a life sentence without possibility of parole.

Was that truly justice or was it convenience to let Gosnell choose life when he was responsible for the heinous deaths of so many, many others who were innocent? The rationale that has been advanced in letting him plead to a life sentence was due to his age of 72, he may not live to see his execution because of the appeals process.

But is that truly what justice in America, or at least in Pennsylvania, is all about. That a man who was convicted of murder of three babies and was also convicted of involuntary manslaughter for the death of Karnamaya Mongar, who died due to a sedation overdose, could be given his walking papers for life.

This is an affront to what justice really and the law demands of a person who is a convicted of mass murderer. What is even sadder is how the black community, which has been victimized in Philadelphia, and its religious and civic leaders have been as silent as a church mouse in not demanding the ouster of abortion mills in their community.

Someone knew about these abortion murdering houses of horrors, and the liberal Republican Governor Tom Ridge made the decision to keep them from even being monitored because he allegedly wanted to protect women’s right to abort life in their body. Tom Ridge’s lack of action can be reasonably connected to the continued unencumbered genocidal practices of Dr. Gosnell, while the county and state departments of health, as well as the religious community, looked the other way.

For the record, the grand jury as well as the prosecutor Assistant District Attorney Joanne Pescatore , who openly sobbed after the verdict in the Gosnell murder case was announced, did understand the heinous nature of his crimes. What remains is state legislative hearings in Pennsylvania and congressional investigative hearings on Capitol Hill to see how many other Gosnells are engaging in murder by abortion when babies are born alive.
