However, it took Obama’s targeting of some of their own to finally awaken some small measure of passion and principle on the part of media, journalistic jackals who have behaved like pampered lap dogs for this president.

All this time, Conservatives have been warning the country that Obama has absolutely no regard for Constitutional liberties. In fact, the media routinely portrayed them as paranoid kooks whenever they suggested that Obama was out to ban all private gun ownership.
Not only did the media mock those well-substantiated allegations, they also did everything in their power to assist the president in the effort.
Perhaps some of those in the media have finally awakened to the fact that a rogue band of politicians and criminals, led by Barack Obama, have the entire Constitution — and not just the parts they hated — in their crosshairs.
Conservatives have long maintained that the Second Amendment is the only guarantor of the protections of the First Amendment. And as distasteful as they find that realization, the liberals in the media are finally starting to conclude that Conservatives may have been right about Obama all along.
