JIHAD IN THE USA: Islamic Organization Wants Holder To Investigate ‘Muslim Free’ Gun Range

Jan Morgan sent this to ClashDaily.com late last night. Check out what they’re asking Holder, publicly, to do to her and her gun range.

Is anyone out there surprised that CAIR, (which is supposed to be looking out for the public relations interest of Islam in America), has NOT requested the Justice Department to investigate the mosque that the Oklahoma be-header attended?
After all, Fox News has shown repeatedly, interviews with a member of that mosque who says that behind closed doors, the mosque is teaching violence against non-muslims and jihad. It seems to me that CAIR would want to get to the bottom of that… but, mark my word, the last thing CAIR wants is any law enforcement agency infiltrating their mosques.

No… CAIR is more concerned about law abiding citizens like me who are concerned about people who attend mosques like that.

CAIR, (which has documented ties with the terrorist organization, HAMAS), has sent a letter asking Eric Holder and the Justice Department to do something about me. Read CAIR’s post about me on their website at this link.
Imagine that. Of course CAIR has its own history of problems with the federal government.. even the FBI had issues with CAIR over its terrorist ties.. (read about that here)

I knew that was coming. I expected them to make such a request.

Of course, their letter seeking the investigation, contains one lie after another..
Lets dissect it. By the way, isn’t falsifying information to a law enforcement agency, illegal? (I’ll deal with CAIR on that one later)..

CAIR Asks DOJ to Probe Arkansas Business Declared ‘Muslim-Free Zone’ by Owner

CAIR: The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today said it has asked U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to investigate a Hot Springs, Ark., shooting range that has been declared a “Muslim-free zone” by its owner.

CAIR: “The owner claims the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) agrees with her claimed right to bar customers based on their faith.”

This is false information CAIR is attempting to pass off as true. I have never stated that ATF gives Federal Firearms License holders permission or directives to bar customers BASED ON FAITH. I have never made such a statement. I would like for CAIR to show me proof that I ever made such a statement. They can not because I have not.

In a letter to Attorney General Holder, CAIR wrote in part:

CAIR: “[The shooting range owner] appears to be misinterpreting the advice given to her and refusing service to all Muslims, which cannot be a correct interpretation of compliance with federal gun laws and the U.S. Constitution.
1) What advise given to me and by whom?

2) There are no “muslims banned ” signs on my property.. There are no questions on my sign in sheets or paperwork inquiring about a person’s religious affiliation. I absolutely have not refused service to anyone based on their religion. There is not a muslim in America who can say and prove I turned him away because of his religion.

In fact, two of them shot at my range several weeks ago and their behavior was so strange, it frightened other customers who refused to shoot here because of their strange behavior.

CAIR: “Given the recent spike in anti-Muslim rhetoric, including Islamophobic statements by government officials, community leaders and media outlets, death threats, and other bias incidents targeting Muslims, I urge you to investigate this matter soon.

CAIR’s use of the term Islamophobic, is more politically correct BS designed to marginalize anyone who speaks out against Islam and its true teachings. A phobia is an irrational fear of something. I would venture to say that anyone who has the guts to step up and speak out against a “religion” that the most barbaric, brutal and violent terrorists in the world align themselves with, is not fearful. Islamaphobes are people who fear, and cower from that fear, not those who speak out.
