WHITE HOUSE 2017: Governor Scott Walker and Dr. Ben Carson?

As of this date, 2/7/15, I think a Republican slate for President and Vice President, that would be electable AND unite both conservatives and moderates, would be Gov. Scott Walker for president and Dr. Ben Carson for vice president. I may change my mind at a later date, but as of now those are my choices.

Gov. Walker is a proven winner after winning several elections in a very liberal state. He is the only governor to win a gubernatorial recall election. He took on the powerful public unions who were throttling the Wisconsin economy and clipped their wings by limiting their collective bargaining power. He has balanced the budget while cutting taxes.

Pundits seem to agree with me and declared Gov. Walker the front runner in the Republican race. He has a slim one point lead but a lead nevertheless. For a person with limited name recognition, to have a lead, is somewhat, surprising. It goes to prove he is the only one of the potential candidates acceptable to both the establishment and the Tea Party.

Dr. Carson’s resume is well known. As a pediatric neurosurgeon, working as the lead surgeon for a seventy person team and working twenty two hours, he was the first to separate twins conjoined at the head. He is a best selling author and was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian medal, by President Bush. He is well qualified to be in charge of correcting the Obamacare mess. He is, especially, favored by the conservatives for a speech at the National Prayer Breakfast where he publicly disagreed with Obama’s healthcare debacle.

I believe these two stand the best chance of retaking the White House and correcting the Obama destruction.

In my many years I have come to a
conclusion that one useless man
is a shame, two is a law firm,
and three or more is a congress.
