#KANYE’S KRAP: 75,000 People Sign Petition to Remove Kanye from Performing at Glastonbury Festival

Published on March 19, 2015

75,000 people in England that can’t stand Kanye either? The world looks a little brighter.

Kanye West is going to headline Saturday night at England’s prestigious Glastonbury Festival this summer, prompting nearly 60,000 presumed rock-enthusiasts to sign a petition asking organizers to cancel ‘Ye’s performance.

“Kanye West is an insult to music fans all over the world,” wrote petition-starter Neil Lonsdale, apparently speaking for music fans all over the world (or, at the very least, the U.K.).

“This egotistical, maniacal, disgrace was a clear oversight,” he continued. “There is still time to correct this.”
