If I was my 15 year old self in today’s high school system I might actually fulfill my dreams if I had the guts to pull this off. On the other hand, if I had a daughter I would probably be pushing down the doors of the Department of Education looking to throw someone out a window. All this because, according to the Chicago Tribune, the DoE stepped in and told a Chicago high school that a perfectly male boy must be allowed locker room access to change with the girls all because this boy thinks he’s a female. Not exactly the greatest time to be a high school girl, thanks to the Administration that claims it’s protecting women from the evil GOP. I guess it’s possible that Obama decided on trimming government spending by combining gym glass with sex ed. Or maybe the DoE’s Civil Rights Secretary, Catherine Lhamon, just gets her policy mandates from Porky’s.
It should go without saying that this decision is not only unethical and potentially dangerous, it’s ridiculously unconstitutional. Since when does the federal government get to simply override a state’s decision? Oh who am I kidding, after seven years of Obama using the Constitution for toilet paper I could barely write that last sentence without laughing. This particular SNAFU is unethical and dangerous not only because it is forcing underage girls to undress in front of a fully pork and beans male but it’s intentionally setting a legal precedent which essentially defines “transgender” as merely feeling like the opposite sex- however that’s supposed to be quantified.
That’s right, this was harrowing enough when we were dealing Bruce Jenner but clearly the “Destroy All Tenants Of Human Society” campaign has escalated. Somehow the unbalanced misconceptions of a biologically perfect boy, who isn’t even going through the medical procedures, are more important than protecting the threatened rights and safety hundreds of girls. The little runt leveraged the discrimination card –despite previously being granted a privacy curtain to change near the girls – because he deserved the “right” to expose himself without any separation. Simply because feeling mentally female is enough.
This used to be known as an “illness” back when there was such a thing as objective reality. Whew, it’s sure a good thing the social Leftists got rid of that pebble in society’s shoe.
As ACLU director, John Knight, so helpfully explained to the Chicago Tribune, “[using the curtain] sends a pretty strong signal to her that she’s not accepted and the district does not see her as a girl”. I’ll just go out on a limb here and suggest that the district doesn’t see him as a girl because they’re too busy staring at his penis.
