BOOM: Ted Cruz Lowers The Boom On CNN Debate Moderator When She Asks…

Published on December 16, 2015

Ted Cruz corrects this CNN debate moderator when she tries to pose a gotcha question…and it’s awesome.

Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) defended his recent vote on government surveillance and accused CNN debate moderator Dana Bash of posing a question with an inaccurate premise during Tuesday’s GOP presidential debate.

“You voted for a bill that President Obama signed into law just this past June that made it harder for the government to access Americans’ phone records. In light of the San Bernardino attack, was your vote a mistake?” Bash asked.

“Well, Dana, the premise of your question is not accurate,” Cruz responded. “I’m very proud to have joined with conservatives in both the Senate and the House to reform how we target bad guys.”
