QUESTION: Should Loretta Lynch RECUSE Herself From Hillary’s Email Case?

Loretta Lynch has been slammed for her secret meeting with Bill Clinton that comes in the midst of Hillary’s FBI investigation. Do you think that she needs to completely recuse herself from the email scandal so that it is fair? Or do you think that she should play a role in it?

Attorney General Loretta Lynch intends to accept whatever recommendation career prosecutors and federal agents make in the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server – even if that means indicting her – a Justice Department official told the Associated Press on Friday.

‘The Attorney General expects to receive and accept the determinations and findings of the Department’s career prosecutors and investigators, as well as the FBI Director,’ the official said, speaking on condition of anonymity because of the ongoing probe.

Lynch was expected to discuss the matter further at a summit Friday in Aspen, Colorado.

The revelation comes amid a controversy surrounding an impromptu private discussion that Lynch had Monday aboard her plane on the tarmac at a Phoenix airport with Clinton’s husband, former President Bill Clinton.

The New York Times was first to report on Lynch’s apparent solution to perceptions of a conflict of interest

That get-together has been criticized as inappropriate by Republicans and some Democrats at a time when the Justice Department has been investigating whether classified information was mishandled through Clinton’s exclusive use of a private email server while she was secretary of state.
