Allen said:
What I find odd in Hollywood is that they didn’t like Trump because he was a bully, but if you side — if you had any kind of inkling that you were for Trump you got bullied for doing that. And that’s where this — it gets a little hypocritical to me, is that you can now bully people.
Allen goes on to complain that there is no source material about Trump for comedians — there are things said about Trump, like he is ‘against homosexuals somehow’ but there is no source for that, so he can’t make a joke about it.
Kelly then asks about the ‘conservative underground’ in Hollywood.
Allen responds that he’s ‘really an anarchist’ and doesn’t like people telling him what to do, but ‘you get bullied into a position’. He doesn’t like the size of government and wants it smaller. Trump was the best shot for that.
