This Illegal Alien POS Was ‘Freed’ Only To KILL In This ‘Sanctuary City’

This is why ‘Sanctuary Cities’ are a really stupid idea. Police Departments need to work with the ICE, not against them.

Denver’s Chief Idiot Mayor, embraced the label of ‘Sanctuary City’.

He said:

‘If being a sanctuary city means that we value taking care of one another, and welcoming refugees and immigrants, then I welcome the title.

‘If being a sanctuary city means families and young ‘Dreamers’ live with hope and not fear, then Washington can label us whatever they want.’

Well, bully for the young ‘Dreamers’ and illegal alien families that can live with ‘hope and not fear’.

But what about the rest of Americans?

This 19-year old Mexican citizen that crossed over the border illegally had known gang ties. Ever Valles had been arrested for theft, but posted the $5000 bond and was released on December 20, 2016.

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement had requested notification of his release in order to take him into custody due to his known gang affiliation.

The Denver police sent the FAX to warn ICE of his release as requested, but it was a mere 30 minutes before his release. No one at ICE saw the FAX in time to take Valles into custody.

On February 7, Timothy Cruz, 32, was robbed and murdered at a railway station. Valles is now facing first degree robbery and murder charges for the crime.

It was an anonymous tip that brought led police to Valles to bring him back into custody.

An illegal immigrant who was freed from county jail in Denver despite ICE’s requests that he stay behind bars to face deportation is accused of murdering a man within weeks of being released.

Ever Valles, 19, is accused of murdering Timothy Cruz, 32, on February 7 after robbing him at a light railway station in the early hours of the morning.

The teenager had been freed by the Denver Sheriff’s Department in late December after posting $5,000 bond for theft charges.

They let him go despite requests from US Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to keep the gangster behind bars so that they could deport him.

They flagged him as an ‘immigration priority’ given his ties to gang activity in the city and asked to be told by the jail when it planned to release him so that they could be there waiting to take him into federal custody.

On December 20 however, a fax notifying ICE that Valles was due to be released was only sent 30 minutes before he was back on the streets.

No one at ICE saw it in time to get to the county jail to collect him, The Denver Post reports.

Watch the News report:

These ‘Sanctuary City’ proponents think that they’re being compassionate, but they are putting the security of Americans at risk.

The entire premise that people could cross your border illegally and/or overstay their visas without repercussions is asinine.

It’s also handled differently for Hispanics than for other groups.

What if there were some conservative, freedom-loving Canadians or Britons who were sick of the sharp-left turn that their Socialist governments have taken them and now want to move to the United States?

Should they have to go through the hoops, the years of waiting and thousands on Immigration lawyer fees while Mexicans that walk across the border and don’t speak a lick of English are treated with kid gloves?

Do you really think the ‘Sanctuary Cities’ would hold the same standard for Mexicans and Britons?

I think not.

Federal law overrides your ‘widdle feewings’.

(I’m not a fan of paying taxes, but I do.)

Law should be equally enforced for everyone.

Making exceptions lets thugs like this out on the streets because cities want to be ‘compassionate’ and not law-abiding.

It isn’t compassion.

It’s actually racism and completely unfair to those trying to come in legally.

Share if you think that not reporting Valles’s release to ICE was a real dumbass move by the Denver jail
