This video of a cute girl is going viral because she’s got a really unique ‘workout’.

She looooves her wine, and has decided to incorporate it in her workout.

Yeah, that giggle at the end makes me think that this isn’t such a great idea.

But some people just need a bit more motivation than others:

There are several wine afficionados incorporating wine into workouts with varying degrees of success:

And this so very wrong one:

Wine from a box is just wrong!

Wine and workouts don’t mix — even if it does make a pretty funny video.

And let’s face it, it’s better than this alternative:

Make sure that your girls learn the right way to take care of their bodies and still enjoy a little wine here and there.

Just make sure it’s not from a box.
