In the pre-Harvey Weinstein era most of us figured Hollywood types were merely hypocritical, hypersensitive, and prone to political zealotry. We all thought it was because they were uninformed, out of touch, or irrational.
Now that we’ve learned what the Harvey Weinstein plantation that is Hollywood consists of, it is appropriate to cut celebs a little slack.
When all you know as an actress is that to get work you must enslave your sexuality to plantation masters like Weinstein, of course you are going to behave like a lunatic.
Who knows what else we haven’t learned about the inner workings of Hollywood?
What do gay thespians have to submit to if they want to land a role? How about child actors?
If the average person lived and worked on the Hollywood plantation, no doubt he or she would be a raving far left nut too.
