In a flurry of tweets and a video released by TMZ, David Hogg’s sister, Lauren, shared her thoughts on civil liberties. It’s rather informative.
The sweet, sweet gun-grabbing children are so very, very wise.
Parkland high school students have been featured by the Media (D) since the tragic school shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on February 14th.
Most are pushing a gun control agenda and seriously have no clue what they’re talking about.
Amazingly, these teens don’t want to point any of the blame at:
- the shooter himself
- the Broward Sheriff’s Office for doing nothing with the 45+ calls to the shooter’s home
- the School Resource Officer that failed to enter the building once he heard that shots were fired
- the Broward Sheriff’s Captain that gave a ‘stand down’Â order to the responding deputies
- the school policies that were ignored allowing the former student-turned-shooter on campus
- the Broward County School District policies that would have ‘red flagged’ the shooter
- the FBI ignoring two tips by people close to the shooter
- the Media (D) for making these mass shooters famous
Nope.
It’s the gun’s fault.
And the NRA.
The only thing that they want is gun control now.
The school, on the other hand, put in place some ‘security measures’ that began on Monday, including mandatory clear backpacks, visible I.D. badges, as well as armed police. The school board is still in discussion regarding the use of metal detectors and wands.
Whoa, Nelly! Those kids got angry because their ‘rights’ were being infringed because one person did a very bad thing…
Huh. Weird. Don’t people like that?
So, do you think these kids will understand that demanding to take guns away from law-abiding gun owners is the same thing?

If you were to flip this script, the same could be said of her and her cohorts.
I’ve been wondering about it lately how people could believe such crazy theories but then it hit me, it’s the same reason why when I read a book or watch a tv show I enjoy thinking of conspiracy theories and wondering about what really happened.

This is the kid that tried to get Laura Ingraham booted off the air because she ‘mean-tweeted’ something that he said publicly to TMZ. He’s also refused to accept her apology. Fortunately, Fox News has made their choice.
These Hogg kids are quite the pair.
The left says it’s unfair to critique them because they’re victims of a horrific attack.
I can’t imagine what that is like, nor would I ever want to. Nobody wants mass shootings.
They are free to express their opinion.
That is what this is — their opinion. Just because they’ve been through a traumatic event, it doesn’t make them experts on the law in relation to guns in the United States.
These kids are trying to change public policy and infringing on our right to bear arms.
I think that we can reasonably debate that.
Nobody asked them to put themselves out there.
You can’t have it both ways, kiddos.
If you want to be heard, you can also be critiqued.
And many, many people — including 5 million NRA members — disagree with your gun-grabbing agenda.
Perhaps, in 10 years, after some life experience and crucial brain development, you might agree with us, too.
