The public moral preening by Dick’s Sporting Goods to the gun grabbers seems to have backfired big time.
In the wake of the Parkland school shooting, and at the insistence of the anti-2A lobby, Dick’s Sporting Goods has taken a sharp anti-gun stand despite the wishes of people that we’ll call ‘customers’.
Let’s face it, those hipster male feminists keyboard warriors with their man-buns and their aversion to physical exertion likely weren’t regular Dick’s Sporting Goods customers. Americans that hunt and believe in the right to bear arms, however, were customers.
It seems as though the customer base isn’t the only group of folks that Dick’s has upset.
Both Springfield Armory and MKS Supply have discontinued their business relationship with Dick’s.
But now, O.F. Mossberg & Sons, Inc. has terminated their business relationship with Dick’s Sporting Goods as well as Field & Stream.

O.F. Mossberg & Sons, Inc., a leading American firearms manufacturer, announced today its decision to discontinue selling products to Dick’s Sporting Goods, and its subsidiary, Field & Stream, in response to their hiring of gun control lobbyists in April 2018.
“It has come to our attention that Dick’s Sporting Goods recently hired lobbyists on Capitol Hill to promote additional gun control,” said Iver Mossberg, Chief Executive Officer of O.F. Mossberg & Sons. “Make no mistake, Mossberg is a staunch supporter of the U.S. Constitution and our Second Amendment rights, and we fully disagree with Dick’s Sporting Goods’ recent anti-Second Amendment actions.”

Yeah, sure, sure.
It was a pretty good line, but frankly, Dick’s castration seems to be self-inflicted.
