Normally, if you saw a 39-year-old man shoving a twelve-year-old boy to the ground, witnesses don’t rush to the defense of the man. So why are they taking the man’s side?
The incident itself involved with a woman in a car filming some kids with her cell phone, and then they came up to her car, started taunting her, filmed her with their own phones, and make crude accusations about her being a pedophile, asking if she likes to ‘touch’ little kids.
Her husband comes running onto the scene, slams the boy to the ground, and smashes the phone.

Too much?
The neighbors don’t think so. These kids are hardly ‘innocents’ in their eyes.
The man in the video was identified as William Conte, the woman’s husband. The 39-year-old father-of-two was arrested Tuesday on charges of criminal mischief and harassment, NBC reports.
Anderson’s father, Christian, called Conte a ‘coward’ but residents in the area are sticking up for him.
According to neighbor Michael Shain, who lives across the street from where the incident happened, the kids were allegedly trying to throw a dead snake into the woman’s car with her two kids inside.
‘There’s video of these kids running around with their bikes, stopping cars, getting in front of cars where they almost basically force you to hit them,’ he said. ‘These kid are not innocent by any means. They started it, and unfortunately, the father went to protect his wife and two small kids.’

Reportedly, the kid’s got a cast on his arm, a head injury and a bandage around his ankle.
Is Conte a bully, as the dad claims? Or was he putting an end to a local menace that these young kids should have had from their own dad, as the neighbors claim?
Does ‘trying to throw a dead snake’ into a car with a woman and her kids change how the kids in that story look?
Did Conte go too far with this kid?
