Restore Confidence in American Justice — Fire Everybody

If you have been following the recent arrest and conviction of Tommy Robinson in the U.K., you know that the famous British system of jurisprudence is no longer fair and balanced. Not to be outdone, Washington is working overtime to play catch-up. In a complete travesty of justice, the FBI and Justice Department have tried to entrap President Trump and his supporters while guilty members of the Deep State are exonerated.

Our country is being torn apart by the useless investigation of alleged Trump-Russia collusion, acknowledged as a complete joke by everyone over the age of five. Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his team of Trump-haters represent the weaponization of the federal government for the arcane purpose of invalidating a legitimate presidential election. Simultaneously, a venal gang of Obama alumni is getting away with violating a host of statutes from the Espionage Act to obstruction of justice and spying on American citizens.

Unless the Mueller investigation is terminated and the DOJ goes after the real scandal in our government—Obama alumni abuses—we can kiss the American system of justice goodbye. Hillary Clinton, guilty of at least half a dozen felonies, was accorded protection from prosecution in 2016 by then-FBI Director James Comey and his dishonest crew. The same people fabricated the issue of Trump-Russia collusion using a false dossier paid for by Clinton and the Democrats. The FBI and DOJ have been corrupted.

No one will investigate those who are clearly guilty of a multitude of crimes, for one simple reason that seems to be overlooked. The guilty parties are the same corrupt people who run the justice system. For justice to prevail, they would be required to investigate themselves. Short of a miracle, it will never happen. The justice arm of the federal government has ceased to function.

And what a cast of crooked characters! At the FBI, we have former directors James Comey and Robert Mueller, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, and Lisa Page. At the DOJ: Rod Rosenstein, Sally Yates, and Bruce Ohr. From the Obama administration: Hillary Clinton, Loretta Lynch, Susan Rice, John Brennan, and Barack Obama himself. The specifics of their illegal activities are described in detail by Greg Jarrett in The Russia Hoax: The Illicit Scheme to Clear Hillary Clinton and Frame Donald Trump, the most important political book since Peter Schweizer’s Clinton Cash.

This is the biggest political scandal in American history. Bigger than Watergate. If we don’t have a justice system we can trust, the country will fall prey to the manipulations of the Deep State. As political commentator Mark Levin has suggested, the Deep State—composed of Obama holdovers in the justice system—is attempting nothing less than a “silent coup” to unseat the president. They were unsuccessful in their bid to put Hillary in the White House, so now they want to destroy Trump’s presidency using the unaccountable, shadowy figure of the special counsel. Trump is not accused of a crime, the collusion argument is fake, and the existence of a special prosecutor in this case is arguably unconstitutional. Yet the president is being hampered in the execution of his job.

How do we get out of this mess? Trump can refuse to be questioned by Mueller and allow the legal process to play itself out. This solution will prolong the investigation instead of ending it. There can be only one definitive way to stop the corruption in our justice system. Trump should fire Mueller and the entire upper tier of the FBI and DOJ. As head of the executive branch, the president has the authority to clean house as he sees fit. This is the swamp he was elected to drain. He can then start from scratch with a brand new lineup of appointees who have not been tainted by the current scandal. Anything short of this will be inadequate.

Although Mark Levin argues that the president has the Constitution on his side, he also warns that if Trump fires everybody, House Democrats and renegade Republicans will call for impeachment. Okay, what if they do? “It is the court of public opinion,” said former U.S. Attorney Joe diGenova, “that matters in any threatened impeachment proceeding.” The 60 million-plus Trump supporters will not stand for an effort to bring down a duly elected president and the Supreme Court will not endorse it. One thing is for sure, however—it would guarantee Trump’s re-election in 2020.
