Whiny Snowflakes Rage At Teen With Terminal Cancer, Dying Wish “Offends” Them, But He…

It’s not every day that Twitter Trolls come out to pile on a Sick Kid’s dying wish. But nobody ever accused the Militant Left of having any class.

That’s ok. Jeremiah has got enough class to cover for himself and them too.

It’s almost enough to make you think wistfully of those days were Dems at least PRETENDED to want abortion to be ‘safe, legal and RARE’.

Now, the knives come out for anyone who dares to question their political ‘sacrament’. Even if that ‘someone’ is a terminally-ill teen.

The same people who feigned outrage when the right told McCain where, exactly, he can shove his ongoing political opinions have no problem harassing a dying teen.

Because he has dared to speak up for the unborn.

Their reaction looked a little like this:

Jeremiah Thomas got the bad news that the bone cancer that had already paralyzed him was going to eventually kill him. The guy is sixteen.

How did he react to his situation?

Did he roll up into a ball and give up? Did he fly into a rage? Did he ‘go out like a comet’ and blaze an epic trail of wanton self-destruction?

Not even close.

“I can still preach from a wheelchair,” he said.

Jeremiah had already been speaking out against abortion, joining his siblings and mother on the sidewalk outside of abortion facilities to preach and save babies and women from abortion. He also happens to be the son of Rusty Thomas, National Director for Operation Rescue, an organization that works to expose the horrific practices of the abortion industry and the substandard “care” they provide to women. Jeremiah and his family would visit their local abortion facility on Wednesdays, the day abortions were committed, to minister and to save babies. While his sister played guitar, his other sister would speak to the women entering the facility. His brother would hold pro-life signs and speak to women as well.

“This isn’t planning parenthood; this is the murder of an entire family,” Jeremiah said outside of a Planned Parenthood. “How can a family stay together when they are murdering their own children?”

His Make-A-Wish-Foundation dying wish was to get legislation that would outlaw abortion.

Obviously, that was beyond their power to grant, but they did the next best thing — they arranged a meeting with Gov Abbott.

He used that meeting to appeal for abortion reform.

Predictably, the Left didn’t like it. Not one little bit.

Here’s how they danced on his impending grave, from safely behind their keyboards.

“Cancer is giving your mom a late term abortion. Lmao [laughing my a– off],” one message said.

“Jeremiah … You aren’t dead yet? God do your job!” taunted another.

“Good Riddance,” another posted to Jeremiah’s prayer group page on Facebook, following with a one-star review.

Jeremiah’s mother, Kendra Thomas, quoted one person as saying Jeremiah has “a racist, homophobic, misogynistic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic [sic], hateful” agenda, and another as saying “He’s garbage and is suffering as he deserves.”

Remember how the Left was bragging about their moral high grouind with ‘they go low, we go high’? That’s life in their imaginary world. But here in the real world, things look very different:

Jeremiah spent a few days deleting the vile comments and Kendra noticed that Jhe didn’t talk about it, nor did he post anything new. She wondered if the cyberbullies had been to much for him.

But then she opened his Instagram account and found a picture of him praying with the caption, “Anyone need prayer?”

“Jeremiah’s response to those who hate him is to bless them. To pray for them,” she said.

“This is what he told me, ‘I pity them. To have that much darkness in your heart that you’d want a kid with cancer to die. Makes me wonder what happened to them in their life. It’s a scary place to be- mentally and spiritually. I pray God would have mercy on them’.”

How can a 16-year-old terminal cancer patient forgive those who wish him dead? Kendra asks.

“Jesus. Jeremiah can forgive others because he’s been forgiven. He knows he wasn’t the first to be bullied. Jesus was falsely accused. Beaten. Mocked. Spat on. People didn’t just wish Jesus dead. They crucified him. They buried him in a tomb. But Jesus didn’t stay dead. He rose again on the third day and forgave his bullies.

“Jeremiah also knows it doesn’t matter who you are. Whether you’re a strong, handsome state football champion (with a smile that lights up the world). Or a weak, wheelchair bound cancer victim (with a smile that still lights up the world). If you profess Christ as your Lord and Savior, you will be hated.”

As Jesus said, “If the world hates you, remember that it hated me first” (John 15:18).

For Jeremiah, being hated for the right reasons isn’t all that bad.

“Feels good to be hated for Christ,” he said. “Feels like I’m actually doing something.”

That’s a whole other category of ‘badass’. We love it!

As they say, if you’re taking flak, you know you’re over the target.

When we talk about Warriors and Wildmen, we don’t mean wild-eyed people who lift cars and eat bark to show how tough they are.

We mean ordinary people with real courage to take on our crappy culture.

Be like Jeremiah.

What makes America so different from other nations? Other nations are built around regimes or systems. But America was built from on ideas. From a blank slate.

Built on ideas that are DANGEROUS to tyrants.

That we have God-Given Rights, like Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Dangerous ideas. Like this one: the people, when threatened, have a God-Given right to stand up in defiance of any government that dares threaten any of those rights.

There’s a men’s version

And a women’s version, too

Because in America, the bros AND the ladies BOTH have a rich history of badass rowdiness.
