Hey ACLU: Dem Media Darling Just Tried To Slander A Minority Group… When’s Your Protest?

Does her stupid line rank up there with calling some Jewish guy ‘literally Hitler’? You tell me. Either way, it’s pretty bad.

We’ve figured out by now that the Left really REALLY likes open borders.

According to leaked memos, their entire long-term-strategy is literally riding on this issue.

They also have a really unhealthy dislike for law enforcement.

Those two ideas collide, in the mandate of ICE.

So why WOULDN’T we expect Democrats to save some of their ugliest insults for ICE?

Kamla Harris may have overdone it this time:

She’s accidentally tipped her party’s hand. You know, the ‘anything I hate is racist’ approach.

Because what she just said about ICE would be an EXCELLENT soundbite to put into the hands of EVERY Republican Superpac when the next election comes around.

She tried to COMPEL the ICE Director to draw a parallel between ICE and the KKK.

(Considering Obama and the Clintons both spoke at the memorial of a former KKK Grand Klegal just last year, one that Hillary called a ‘mentor’, Kamla is WAY off base here.)

Why is this bad? Not just because calling every public servant working for ICE a racist white guy is a HORRIBLE starting point for anyone who is supposed to be acting in the national interest, it’s worse than that.

Harris wasn’t just “OK” with drawing a connection between ICE and the KKK, she tried to get the same guy who had just apologized for once comparing the Democrats to that hated group to deliver a juicy soundbite comparing that same group to ICE.

After Vitiello said he regretted his words, Harris asked a series of questions about why he was wrong to use the words and what role the KKK played in U.S. history.

Vitiello described the KKK as a domestic terrorist group because “they tried to use fear and force to change political environment.”

“And what was the motivation for the use of fear and force?” Harris asked.

“It was based on race and ethnicity,” Vitiello responded.

“Are you aware of the perception of many about how the power and the discretion at ICE is being used to enforce the laws?” Harris asked. “Do you see any parallels?”

“I see no perception that puts ICE in the same category as the KKK,” Vitiello responded. “Is that what you’re asking me?”

Of course, her spokesperson later said she was ‘not’ comparing ICE to the KKK.

Why were her leading questions so disgusting?

It is, by definition, unconscionable to broad brush any group as violent, racist bigots.

But what makes it even worse? Here’s a clue:

Is she right? Fact check: True.

So, she tried to force the Director of ICE to compare a group that is more than 50% Hispanic (and presumably, the remainder is NOT some kind of a monolithic block of White public servants) to the white-supremacist meatheads of KKK.

Will she apologize to each and every BLACK, LATINO and minority agent serving in ICE working so hard to break up Child Trafficking Rings and other serious criminal activity? And, yes, every WHITE agent she’s slandered with that ugly reference, too.

Or is she going to hold tight to her “I hate law enforcement” instincts?

What is it she REALLY hates?

Waking up in the morning and knowing her team isn’t in the White House.

Is this why she’s so surly?
