Victoria’s Secret — What are they best known for? If you answered ‘fashion shows’ you’re exactly right.
And in keeping with the times, those shows could soon feature people born with an XY chromosome will be joining the women in the display would hurt their brand.
Their top marketer even said as much when backpedaling after an interview in which he was a little too honest.
Victoria’s Secret chief marketing officer Ed Razek apologized on Saturday for comments he made about not casting transgender contestants in the company’s famed fashion shows.
In an interview with Vogue, Razek said that such a move would spoil the “fantasy” of the performance.
“It’s like, why doesn’t your show do this? Shouldn’t you have transsexuals in the show? No. No, I don’t think we should,” Razek said. “Well, why not? Because the show is a fantasy. It’s a 42-minute entertainment special. That’s what it is.
“It is the only one of its kind in the world, and any other fashion brand in the world would take it in a minute, including the competitors that are carping at us,” he continued. “And they carp at us because we’re the leader. They don’t talk about each other. I accept that. I actually respect it.”
Almost immediately, the claims of ‘transphobia’ started flowing. The pressure was enough that he folded like a cheap tent.

Which of the two answers do you think would affect company stock more? The original honest answer, or their mia culpa? The first answer where they didn’t want to alienate their audience or the second one where they were desperate NOT to offend the rainbow flag crowd?
How long will it be until companies learn that feeding this beast only makes it stronger, and more willing to throw the next guy under the bus?
There have been times where a boycott has ruined a company they were targeting. But there have been others which — standing strong — companies were rewarded for their courage GAINING customers.
The Left is doing their damndest to politicize everything and everything in the Trump era. But that doesn’t mean the crowds will always back them, either.
Don’t assume kissing the left’s collective ass buys you any real reprieve. They’ll just treat you like another conquered foe, and pull you back in for further subjugation whenever it suits them it’s what bullies do.
It’s your own damned business, you know what works and doesn’t better than some random citizen, don’t you? Why let some gutless political hacks tell you how to run your shop?
Unless you really DO belive the crocodile will eat you last?

Rules For Radical Christians is not a survival devotional designed to help the young Christian adult limp through life. Rather, it is a road-tested, dominion blueprint that will equip the young adult with leadership skills and sufficient motivation to rise to a place of influence in an overtly non-Christian culture. Rules For Radical Christians gives the reader the keys to become strategically equipped to move into an anti-theistic environment and effectively influence it for the glory of God.
