WATCH: Trump Talks To Kid About Santa And Liberals Lose Frickin’ Mind

‘Twas the night before Christmas and in the White House… the Media(D) was there to stoke outrage against the President. So, business as usual.

The President of the United States was taking calls from children. The Media(D) cameras were rolling in order to catch the President in some sort of embarrassing situation.

The President and First Lady briefly manned the phones for NORAD’s Santa Tracker and spoke to some children. Collman Lloyd, a 7-year old girl from Lexington, South Carolina, chatted with President Trump.

President Trump asked Collman, ‘Are you still a believer in Santa?‘ She responded, ‘Yes sir.‘ He followed up, ‘Because at seven it’s marginal, right?

And of course, that was it.  The brief conversation made Social Media(D) explode in irate comments about people that were pearl-clutching and worried about the children.

Leftists went nuts and made bizarre references about ‘children in cages’ and dying at the border, to climate change to Melania working for the ‘motherland’. It was just a ‘throw a pot of spaghetti at the wall and see what sticks’ kind of moment. Trump Derangement Syndrome™ at its most virulent.

Well, that was weird.

TMZ called the President a ‘Christmas Dream Crusher’:

But, it turns out, Collman’s Christmas wasn’t ruined after her phone call with the President. She still believes in Santa.

Lloyd sat in her kitchen on hold for about six minutes, she told The Post and Courier. There was no hold music, just silence. She expected to hear a voice recording when it picked up, if anything.

“He has a lot to do on the night of Christmas Eve,” she said.

Then came the New York accent.

Trump, who sat in the Oval Office in Washington, D.C., was suddenly on speaker phone in Lloyd’s kitchen.

“Are you still a believer in Santa?” he asked.

“Yes, sir,” she said.

Then the president asked her a puzzling question:

“Because at 7, that’s marginal, right?”

Lloyd had never heard that word before, “marginal.”

“Yes, sir,” she said.

She didn’t know it, but his comment about her age being marginal — and her response — would spark national news stories that night and the following morning.

Lloyd never did learn Santa’s whereabouts, but she was glad to be able to talk with her nation’s leader.

“I was like, ‘wow.’ I was shocked,” she said. “It wasn’t really (nerve-wracking), I just had to think of what the truth was.”

Here is Collman’s video of the conversation with the President:

She looks pretty happy to me.

Instead of focussing on a child’s brief conversation with the President, leftists took one side of the conversation and reacted.

I guess it’s because they have nothing better to do on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day other than scour Twitter to find a way to be outraged by the Bad Orange Man™. As a wise man often tweets, ‘Sad.
