Wife Faces ‘Malicious Castration’ Charges After Removing Husband’s Unit

We were surprised to learn that castration had such an oddly specific qualifier. Who knew?

Curious cats that we are, we looked it up.

Sure enough, here it was, ‘Malicious Castration’:

2005 North Carolina Code – General Statutes § 14-28. Malicious castration.
Article 8.

Assaults.

§ 14‑28. Malicious castration.

If any person, of malice aforethought, shall unlawfully castrate any other person, or cut off, maim or disfigure any of the privy members of any person, with intent to murder, maim, disfigure, disable or render impotent such person, the person so offending shall be punished as a Class C felon. (1831, c. 40, s. 1; R.C., c. 34, s. 4; 1868‑9, c. 167, s. 6; Code, s. 999; Rev., s. 3627; C.S., s. 4210; 1979, c. 760, s. 5; 1979, 2nd Sess., c. 1316, s. 47; 1981, c. 63, s. 1, c. 179, s. 14; 1993, c. 539, s. 1133; 1994, Ex. Sess., c. 24, s. 14(c).)

And that’s exactly what Victoria Frabutt, 56, of Newport, North Carolina is charged with doing to her husband, James Frabutt, 67.

Well, she allegedly tied him up, first.

In a situation like this, that’s not getting ‘freaky’, it’s another felony.

A North Carolina woman is facing charges of malicious castration for allegedly tying up her husband and cutting off his penis.

Victoria Frabutt, 56, of Newport, North Carolina, was charged by Carteret County deputies after the police were called to the couple’s home at 4 a.m. Tuesday. She was also charged with kidnapping and her bail is set at $100,000. Frabutt is expected to appear in court Wednesday.

It’s hard to take the ‘toxic masculinity’ stories seriously when we know that women are just as capable of seriously deranged acts.

When women are bent, they just tend to demonstrate their cruelty in different and less obvious ways that twisted men.

Oh, and you’re probably wondering what happened to his johnson. The good news is that he found it.

Whether or not medical experts were able to put it back on is still an open question.

Raising Righteous & Rowdy Girls

In ‘Raising Righteous and Rowdy Girls’, Doug Giles reinforces the notion that little women don’t need to be pampered by their fathers to turn out right. And having met his beautiful daughters, I know his philosophy works. As a strong-willed woman who thinks her daddy is the greatest guy in the world, I can tell you this is a must-read for every man who hopes to earn the same title. —-S.E.
