Dear Trump Haters: Trump Enthusiastically Greets Disabled Musicians — Is He Still Evil?

This is truly the moment that the Media(D) doesn’t want you to see.

Remember when Jimmy Fallon ruffled Donald Trump’s hair on his show to the cheers of the audience?

Remember how he had to apologize for “normalizing” Donald Trump afterward?

This is one of those “normalizing” moments.

You know that the Media(D) can’t keep behaving as though President Trump is a cold, heartless, monster conspiring if he behaves like a human being.

Unfortunately for the Media(D), President Trump did just that over the weekend in Hollywood, Florida at the Israeli-American Council National Summit. While much was said about his comments including those touting himself as the best friend that Israel has ever had in the White House, [Fact check: True] there was an incredibly moving moment where he greeted members of the popular Shalva Band, a group of Israeli musicians who have disabilities.

It was beautiful!

The Shalva Band performed a moving rendition of “God Bless America,” in front of thousands. Following the show, one of the members hugged President Trump, who stayed on stage during the entire musical piece.

The band entered as contestants in the Eurovision contest this past May, but decided to step down from the competition, once its members were informed that the finale would take place on Shabbat. The members, who are religious, refused to perform and lost to Israeli singer, Kobi Marimi.

The group originally began as part of a musical therapy class at Shalva, the Israel Association for the Care and Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities.
