Biden’s mental state has been a topic of conversation for quite some time now. Even that Castro guy who was running for the Democrat Nom for about six minutes brought it up in the debates.
It ultimately doesn’t matter much whether his mental lapses are due to an underlying medical condition, or if he simply can’t handle the fatigue of a vigorous election campaign. He either has a mind sharp enough to handle high-level stressful decision making and public interaction — or he does not.
The LAST thing we need is somebody whose mind is addled making complex and delicate decisions relating to war, budgets, trade or treaties. One misstep could trigger an international incident having an enormous impact on economies or even trigger a regional conflict.
