China: Friend Or Foe

Virus from China …
help or horror?

Being in self-imposed lockdown and only going out for essential shopping (mask and gloves on) has made me think about some things during this odd time. Politics, of course, will continue its march no matter what the world is going through. There are those that have been “bold” enough to compare our locking-down experience to a preview of a Socialist government. I don’t know about
that. On the surface it appears to be a logical comparison and I’m basing that observation on personal experience in the stores. There were entire aisles of empty shelves and, having seen similar photos from other Socialist countries, it’s a verifiable comparison. Now, on the other
hand, the lockdown MAY have saved hundreds of thousands of lives that would otherwise have been lost.

Perhaps, and we’ll never really know, if Belgium didn’t act as if their government heads were up their nether regions, many more people might have been saved. This supreme culmination of the ineptitude of the Belgian government still can be found online on the personal website of Health Minister Maggie De Block: “Wearing masks to protect yourself from the coronavirus makes little sense”. So, there were no masks, the government decided to announce that no masks were needed. Was this a rational move on the part of the government? Many people were left to die in nursing homes, and that has been Belgium’s situation in the middle of the worst pandemic since the Spanish Influenza of 1918. This Belgian carnage is entirely due to the tragic incompetence of the Belgian governing “elites” — and was completely avoidable. It is too soon to make a final assessment on the management of COVID-19 by the countries of the world, but one thing is sure: Belgium is in the middle of a great carnage.

China is going to go down in history as one of the great horror stories of the 21st Century. According to Radio Free Asia, local Wuhan residents routinely heard screams coming from inside the several funeral crematoriums as patients were being burned alive during the worst of the outbreak in that city. Burned alive! Stories coming out of China, when they are successfully smuggled out, are absolutely blood-curdling and I would be remiss if I didn’t compare them to the Nazi extermination programs. RFA(Radio Free Asia) quoted a source “close to the funeral industry” identified only as Ma who said that he had heard reports of “people restrained and forced into body bags when they were still moving.” “Some people are saying that … there are video clips of screams coming from funeral homes, from inside the furnaces … which tells us that some people were taken to the funeral homes while they were still alive,” Ma added.

This, then, is a country with which we should NOT be doing business. They have been quietly buying up America … land, businesses, even members of Congress, I believe, given their support for that country.

We should, as quickly as possible, sever relations with China, and make whatever plans necessary, to regain those properties they’ve bought. They’re more than a thorn in our side, they are a living entity that will bore into our body and kill us eventually.

As reported recently, in Spain, the Ministry of Health revealed that 640,000 coronavirus tests that it had purchased from a Chinese supplier were defective. In addition, a further million coronavirus tests delivered to Spain on March 30 by another Chinese manufacturer were also defective. The Czech news site iRozhlas reported that 300,000 coronavirus test kits delivered by China had an error rate of 80%. The Czech Ministry of Interior had paid $2.1 million for the kits.

A spokesperson for a hospital in Dutch city of Eindhoven said that Chinese suppliers were selling “a lot of junk… at high prices.” Is anyone but me REALLY uncomfortable finding out about these sales of defective products? “No. 10 [the residence of the British prime minister] believes China is seeking to build its economic power during the pandemic with ‘predatory offers of help’ to countries around the world.” — The Daily Mail, March 28, 2020.

“The brutal truth is that China seems to flout the normal rules of behavior in every area of life — from healthcare to trade and from currency manipulation to internal repression. For too long, nations have lamely kowtowed to China in the desperate hope of winning trade deals. But once we get clear of this terrible pandemic, it is imperative that we all rethink that relationship and put it on a much more balanced and honest basis.” — Former UK Conservative Party leader Iain Duncan Smith. Here we have solid evidence that China deliberately sends defective health materials to countries that have no bone to pick with them, for what HAS to be an attempt to reduce the population. My theory is that China is on a course for world domination, both economic and militarily, and that reducing some of the populations of potential enemies, they may make it easier to conquer. A growing number of countries are reporting that millions of pieces of medical equipment donated by, or purchased from, China to defeat the pandemic are defective and unusable.

Parting shot: At the risk of alienating a lot of our “friends”, if I was President, all connections with China would immediately cease. That would cause some Chinese reaction, I’m sure…but of what kind?
