Big Petition Opposes Heretical Jesus Flick — Here’s The 411

Michael Jackson’s kid is in a movie, depicting a very unorthodox view of Jesus.

Considering Paris’s father looked more like a white woman than a black man at the time of his death, this story shouldn’t really surprise us.

Paris Jackson is playing Jesus in a movie. Yes, that’s right, as in, Jesus Christ of Nazareth. THAT Jesus.

No, really.

And people are NOT amused. They have a petition going to block the release.

More than 260,000 people have signed a petition seeking to block the distribution of the movie “Habit” in which Paris Jackson plays Jesus.

The movie wrapped filming just prior to the coronavirus-related lockdowns and has been in post-production since April, producer Donovan Leitch previously told Fox News. The film sees Jackson play Jesus alongside model and actress Bella Thorne, who plays a woman with a Jesus fetish who masquerades as a nun in order to escape a violent drug deal.

Leitch told Fox News that Jackson’s Jesus “visits [Thorne’s character] on a few different occasions.”

…Regardless, more than 260,000 people have signed on to “wake people up to the Christianophobic garbage that is spread nowadays, but is somehow accepted and praised by society.” Warner Bros. and Lionsgate are directly named in the petition as well. —FoxNews

This will be just the latest in a long line of movies with an heretical portrayal of the Lord.

Would these Hollywood types feel just as free to play as fast and loose in ‘reimagining’ other religious faiths, or even political regimes (*cough* China *cough*), or are they just blasting Christians’ faith because believers don’t have a history of burning anything down in response to blasphemy.
