You remember the McCloskeys, don’t you? They were the bro and his wife standing, armed, on the lawn of their magnificent house while hundreds of strangers passed by after breaking into a private street.
They gave a description of the threats that were uttered. They told us how they had called for security from the guardhouse and then the police without getting any help.
We ALL had seen the damage such gatherings can do when a single person starts breaking stuff, and the whole crowd follows suit. Entire city blocks have been reduced to ash.
The couple appeared on the show and explained that they were preparing to sit down for dinner on their porch when “300 to 500 people” stormed their community gate and began violently moving toward them.
“People were screaming everything,” Mark McCloskey said.
“[They said] that they were going to kill us,” Patricia McCloskey added Monday night. “They were going to come in there. They were going to burn down the house. They were going to be living in our house after I was dead, and they were pointing to different rooms and said, ‘That’s going to be my bedroom and that’s going to be the living room and I’m going to be taking a shower in that room,” she recalled. — FoxNews
With nobody else coming to their aid, they stood on their lawn, armed, and guarded what was theirs.
Now, the same police that refused to answer their call about a few hundred protesters in that very same incident have taken the man’s rifle.

Nothing at this point indicates that he either has been, or will be, charged with a crime.

He’s a well-financed lawyer who just had his guns confiscated by the police who refused to protect his family.
This will NOT be the last we hear of this story.
If you think a guy like this is going to away quietly, you simply haven’t been paying attention. They are no strangers to using the courts to settle even trifling grievances.
One can only imagine what they will do in this case.
