Tara Reade Appears On 60 Minutes Australia To Discuss Her Credible Sexual Assault Accusation Against Joe Biden

When Kamala Harris believed Justice Kavanaugh’s accuser, the story dominated the news cycle forever. Now that she believes her own running mate’s accuser, it’s a whole different story.

It’s bad enough that the press is steadfastly ignoring the fact that Biden is under the microscope for allegations of nepotism and foreign influence peddling that would be tattoed to Trump’s forehead, and initiated another impeachment fracas if it were someone in HIS family.

But look at how much mileage they got out of that Access Hollywood tape where the racy quote in question includes a direct reference to adult consent, and compare that to the accusation by a female staffer that Biden committed an act of penetrative digital sexual assault on an unwilling subject.

This allegation, if accurate, puts Smilin’ Joe Biden in the same category as Harvey Weinstein, Bill Cosby, and Matt Lauer.

And yet, crickets from the American media on the Tara Reade story.

As for media elsewhere in the world? They are able to see the newsworthiness.

Here is how 60 Minutes (Australia) covered the Joe Biden story.

“He lacked boundaries.”

The six OTHER women who came forward with claims of inappropriate touching from Biden would probably agree with that.

But why is an American news company’s Australian offshoot calling this American presidential candidate’s scandal ‘newsworthy’ while the flagship 60 Minutes franchise is not?

The obvious answer is political damage control. They want the Democrats to win, and will tiptoe around any stories that would harm the chances of Biden getting reelected.

If they only cared about newsworthiness, they would call this a huge story and Tara Reade would have been interviewed by Anderson Cooper or whoever.

They would also call some other stories big:

-The railroading of General Flynn
-Politically-motivated assassination attempt of Republicans in a ball-diamond
-Spygate
-Russian Collusion being offered as a deliberate distraction from Hillary’s emails
-Burisma’s multiple bribery and frequent contact with the White House, lobbying to end a corruption investigation while Hunter was on the board
-And a boatload of good news stories about Trump’s presidency, not the least of which is the peace deals.
