LAWLESS JOE: Biden Admin Blatantly Ignoring ‘Remain In Mexico’ Court Order

Calling all the ‘Contempt Of Congress’ finger-waggers, your beloved Biden administration has been busted violating explicit court orders.

In case you haven’t noticed yet, Democrats only care about enforcing the law when it can be used in compelling OTHER people to comply with their will.

But when the law is working against them? It’s a whole different story.

Remember that eviction moratorium? SCOTUS told the Biden administration they had no right to extend it. They did anyway and had to get slapped down in court.

Some of the defendants in the Whitmer kidnapping case were acquitted because the FBI ran roughshod over their rights.

And Biden’s DOJ has even been caught compelling Google and Apple to violate First and Fourth Amendment protections of Project Veritas journalists.

Is it any surprise that the administration that has been flagrantly ignoring immigration law so that millions of foreign nationals could stream in unopposed has been doing the same with court orders?

The same party that cheered their successful use of the courts to block Trump from rescinding Obama’s unconstitutional use of political power to invite DREAMers into the country, suddenly object to courts putting similar restrictions on Biden’s disposal of a Trump policy:

On August 15, a federal judge in Amarillo ruled that DHS hadn’t followed proper procedures and ordered it to “enforce and implement MPP in good faith until such a time as it has been lawfully rescinded.”

Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk, a Trump appointee, added another requirement that has rankled the Biden administration, ordering MPP to remain in force until the federal government has enough capacity to detain all migrants subject to detention — an exceedingly remote goal put even more out of reach as migration spikes to record levels.

The Justice Department, in Tuesday’s filing, called it a “revolutionary” order, arguing that Congress knows full well that “universal detention would require enormous resources, which it has not provided,” and that in any case, the 25-year-old law at issue doesn’t require it. —DallasNews

If the courts had ruled in a way that Biden approved of, they would be lauding their victory and enforcing their will. How are they behaving now that they have lost?

They are ignoring the will of the court and doing whatever they damned well please. Much like their approach to the Constitution.

Nineteen AGs are petitioning SCOTUS to remind Biden that he is not above the law.

They’re asking the Supreme Court to uphold a lower court’s order instructing the Biden administration to follow the law to fully reinstate the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP), otherwise known as the “Remain in Mexico” policy.

“No one is above the law in America, and we are simply insisting that the Biden administration follow the law,” Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita said.

“The rule of law is the framework that enables American liberty to survive and thrive,” he added. “The situation at our southern border provides the perfect example of how going soft on the rule of law gives rise to anarchy, chaos, and ultimately the erosion of our freedom and safety.” –Djournal

Now we’ve got the numbers to demonstrate Biden’s open contempt for the law.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency data reviewed by Just the News shows just 199 of the 221,303 illegal aliens stopped by federal agents in March were placed into the Migrant Protection Protocol (MPP), the formal name of the Remain in Mexico policy.

The CBP press office in Washington did not respond to multiple phone calls and emails seeking comment Wednesday. But a senior U.S. Homeland Security official confirmed the 199 figure was accurate for March.

That amounts to a miniscule 0.09% of participation in MPP, an enforcement percentage border experts say makes a mockery of the courts’ orders.

“They only enrolled a couple hundred in the Remain in Mexico while they apprehended 221,000,” former CBP Commissioner Mark Morgan told Just the News on Monday. He added that the Biden administration, even when it enforces the regulation, is not applying it to the loophole it was designed to close: migrant groups posing as fake family units. —JustTheNews

Biden is working from the same premise Obama was. What premise?

Do whatever the hell you want to do, without asking permission or whether you even have the authority to do so. That way that when it is challenged in court, it’s already a done deal that is difficult if not impossible to reverse. (We saw him make the same play with his attempt to use OSHA as an ‘end run’ around legislation to compel mask mandates in private workplaces.)

Whose interests these clowns are actually representing may be up for debate, but one thing is clear. This administration does NOT have America’s National interests in view.

Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.

Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.

This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
