GOP Asking Why Creepy Nuke Waste Guy Isn’t Fired After Swiping Suitcase

It’s the kind of problem you might expect with an administration that picks people for their characteristics instead of picking them for their character.

When Sam Brinton won the nomination for his role in nuclear waste disposal, there was a lot of fanfare among the left for yet another glass ceiling ‘first’ among those concerned about busting gender norms.

We know more about this guy’s personal life than most of us would care to, including his penchant for leather, kink, and heels.

From a New York Post article about Sam:

Brinton opened up on becoming the first openly genderfluid person in government service, telling Yahoo Life that they had been given an opportunity to “serve my country as I am.”
“I can’t change my identity more than anyone can change intrinsic parts about themselves, but I can change my openness,” they said.
“And so I am given the opportunity to serve my country as I am, and that’s a really important aspect of my work because I work on nuclear waste management, where transparency and honesty and trust-building are so critical.”
— NYPost

Transparency, honesty, and trust are critical to this role, you say?

Then you would agree that someone who would steal a $2000 piece of luggage (and then lie about it) is obviously unfit for such a role?

From that same article:

Sam Brinton, a Biden administration nuclear official, made headlines this week after they were arrested for allegedly stealing a woman’s suitcase in Minneapolis airport — and then using it for a month before claiming it was taken by accident. –NYPost

Time has passed and the GOP obviously agrees that transparency, honesty, and trust are critical to someone entrusted with the disposal of our nuclear waste.

Sam has been ‘on leave’ since the allegation but the Democrats have been cagey about whether or not Brinton has been paid during his absence.

Republicans are calling for Brinton’s resignation.

Calls for resignations came in a letter sent Tuesday to DOE Secretary Jennifer Granholm and exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com. The effort is being led by Georgia Representative Andrew Clyde and signed by 15 other Republican lawmakers, including Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Andy Biggs and Nancy Mace.
‘[W]e demand the resignation of Sam Brinton, and we implore you to set aside petty politics and appoint only the most qualified and dedicated individuals to influence America’s energy sector,’ the letter reads.
Brinton, a 34-year-old non-binary drag queen, admitted to taking a Vera Bradley suitcase that did not belong to them at the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport on September 16 after previously lying to police and denying they stole the luggage.

Will Democrats put the good of the country above petty politics?

They could.

But we wouldn’t recommend betting the farm on it.

If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive

Much of the Left loathes masculinity and they love to paint Jesus as a non-offensive bearded woman who endorses their agenda. This book blows that nonsense all to hell. From the stonking laptop of bestselling author, Doug Giles, comes a new book that focuses on Jesus’ overt masculine traits like no other books have heretofore. It’s informative, bold, hilarious, and scary. Giles has concluded, after many years of scouring the scripture that, If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive.
