Shapely is a public servant who has risked his career and reputation to follow the facts wherever they lead. Hunter, on the other hand, is a degenerate who is busy trying to cover his ass after a lifetime of bad decisions.
You can make your own minds up as to which side is really holding the moral high ground here. But now that news about the lawsuit Hunter’s team has launched in response to the IRS ‘leaking’ his ‘private documents’ we owe our readers the other side of the story.
Here is the official response of Shapely’s legal team to the Biden legal team’s announcement, as sent out in an email blast received by yours truly.
IRS Supervisory Special Agent Gary Shapley’s legal team issued the following statement today in reaction to the the Hunter Biden lawsuit against the IRS:
“This suit against the IRS is just another frivolous smear by Biden family attorneys trying to turn people’s attention away from Hunter Biden’s own legal problems and intimidate any current and future whistleblowers. The federal judge in Delaware who oversaw the aborted plea deal shot down similar claims against the whistleblowers after they exposed the secret backroom deal between Hunter Biden and the Department of Justice. Neither IRS SSA Gary Shapley nor his attorneys have ever released any confidential taxpayer information except through whistleblower disclosures authorized by statute. Once Congress released that testimony, like every American citizen, he has a right to discuss that public information.”
