WATCH: The View’s Sunny Hostin Reacts To Learning Her Family OWNED Slaves
LMAO: The Coven suddenly discovers 'nuance' when one of their own is implicated
The View host Sunny Hostin is a staunch proponent of slavery reparations.

She went on PBS to explore her ancestry.
Turns out, she is the descendant of slave-owners from Spain who owned Africans.
This was her reaction when she found out: pic.twitter.com/yFBgjMOSGc
Sunny Hostin LOVES to play the race card when it puts someone else on the defensive. She even compared white women voting for Trump to ‘roaches’.
Life threw her a curve ball when she was invited onto a PBS show to look into her own family history. She found out something about herself she didn’t know before: she’s descended from Spanish slave-owners.
She was ‘in shock’ because she always thought of herself as ‘Puerto Rican’.
She, uh, doesn’t imagine any connection between Puerto Rico and… Spain?
Then she doubles down. She’s offended that the question of her support for reparations came up after this news broke. (She still supports reparations for slavery.) Other Coven members backed her up, offended on her behalf than anyone challenged her on it.

All of their fussing on her behalf misses the entire point of reparation arguments.
Leaving aside the most cynical and opportunistic versions of reparations arguments, the most genuine version of the proposal works off a simple premise.
One group of people (slaveowners) exploited another group of people (the enslaved) for profit. Those slaves — and by extension their progeny — were denied the benefits of that labor. Reparations, then, is the means by which that historical wrong is set right.
The problem with how loopy chicas on this show understand it, is they don’t care about sorting out who is connected to one of those two groups. They have traded that approach for a broad-spectrum guilt-by-association approach. If you have white skin, you are guilty — whether or not you have slave holders in your family tree. And if you have brown skin, you are owed reparations — regardless of whether you have slaves in your family tree, OR, in Hostin’s case whether some part of your own family’s wealth was taken from the sweat of an exploited slave.
That guilt by association math gets awkward when you realize that people like Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and Barack Obama are all themselves descended from slave owners…
According to Reuters, the slaveholding ancestors of living US presidents are:
George Bush — One director ancestor, six generations removed, owned 25 slaves
Bill Clinton — One director ancestor, five generations removed, owned one slaves
Jimmy Carter — One director ancestor, four generations removed, owned 54 slaves
Barack Obama — One director ancestor, six generations removed, owned two slaves
Joe Biden — One direct ancestor, five generations removed, owned one slave — WION News
…while Donald Trump is NOT descended from slave owners.
Trump, the sole exception
While all American presidents have deep ancestral roots in US, Trump’s ancestors immigrated to the United States only after slavery was abolished in 1865, the Reuters report said.
Notably, none of Trump’s grandparents were born in the US. His paternal grandparents were born in Kallstadt, a small town in southwestern Germany, and emigrated to the US in the early 1900s. His mother Mary was born in Scotland, reports Business Insider. — WION News
Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.
Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.
This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
