Joe Biden is not interested in ‘justice’. He is interested in pushing a hard-left political agenda. His judicial nominees are proof of that.
Biden’s judicial nominees are touted for their ‘diversity’. That ‘diversity’ is a fig-leaf to hide their true nature. They may all look different on the outside, but on the inside, they are all the same.
They are activists in black robes. The fact that a SCOTUS nominee couldn’t tell us what a woman was, despite being chosen specificially because she was to serve as the first black woman is evidence enough of that fact.
The entire point of the advise and consent role of the Senate was to catch unfit nominees before they introduced a sepsis in the lifeblood of the body politic.
This exchange between Ted Cruz and an activist judge who sent a repeat sexual offender guilty of raping children into a woman’s prison because he conveniently ‘identified’ as a woman after the fact should be required viewing as training for every elected official before they begin oversight on advise-and-consent hearings.
