Hunter Biden has been found guilty of three felonies in a Delaware court stemming from the illegal purchase of a firearm in October 2018.
The charges a jury found Hunter guilty of are making false statements on a federal firearms form and possession of a firearm as a prohibited person.
On Oct. 12, 2018, Hunter purchased a firearm at StarQuest Shooters & Survival Supply. While making that purchase, prosecutors argued that he lied on the federal form that he was not using or addicted to drugs which would prohibit him from possessing a gun.
The gun was in Hunter’s possession for 11 days, when it was discovered by his sister-in-law turned lover, Hallie Biden, who found it in the console of his Ford pickup truck and in a panic tossed it in a public garbage can outside of a grocery store in Wilmington, Delaware.
The jury heard audio excerpts from Hunter’s autobiography in his own voice speaking about his crack addiction at around the same time as the gun purchase.
They also heard from a variety of women in Hunter’s life — the aforementioned ex-lover Hallie Biden, who smoked crack with Hunter, ex-wife Kathleen Buhle, and ex-girlfriend Zoe Kestan who both testified of his out-of-control addiction.
First son Hunter Biden was found guilty on all charges in his historic criminal case focused on his purchase of a firearm in 2018.
The jury deliberated for a total of three hours between Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning.
Hunter Biden was found guilty of making a false statement in the purchase of a gun, making a false statement related to information required to be kept by a federally licensed gun dealer, and possession of a gun by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance…
…Prosecutors worked to prove that Hunter Biden lied on a federal firearm form, known as ATF Form 4473, in October 2018 when he ticked a box labeled “No” when asked if he is an unlawful user of a firearm or addicted to controlled substances. Hunter Biden purchased the gun from a store called StarQuest Shooters & Survival Supply in Wilmington.
He pleaded not guilty in the case.
Hunter Biden was very still as the verdict was read. He appeared motionless, looking ahead with wide eyes as the guilty verdict was announced. Ahead of the verdict, Hunter Biden appeared more upbeat than he did amid trial proceedings during the first week of the trial. He flashed a big white smile at his defense team early Tuesday morning.

Convicted felon Hunter Biden now faces up to 25 years in prison and $750,000 in fines.
The Biden Princeling must have been stunned that he was held accountable for his actions — a shockingly rare occurrence in his 54 years. Still, he may manage to avoid any real consequences if “President Pop” decides to commute his sentence.
President Joe Biden issued a statement after the verdict, and reiterated his commitment to stand by the jury’s decision. He made no mention of a possible commutation, but did mention the possibility of an appeal.
“As I said last week, I am the President, but I am also a Dad. Jill and I love our son, and we are so proud of the man he is today. So many families who have had loved ones battle addiction understand the feeling of pride seeing someone you love come out the other side and be so strong and resilient in recovery,” stated the Big Guy. “As I also said last week, I will accept the outcome of this case and will continue to respect the judicial process as Hunter considers an appeal. Jill and I will always be there for Hunter and the rest of our family with our love and support. Nothing will ever change that.”
With the verdict, the President’s itinerary suddenly became rather awkward — Biden was scheduled to speak at an event hosted by gun grabbers who state on their website that convicted felons and unlawful drug users shouldn’t be able to purchase firearms.
President Biden will address a D.C. event Tuesday called “Everytown’s Gun Sense University” hosted by the gun control advocacy group “Everytown for Gun Safety,” which was created out of the “Mayors Against Illegal Guns” and “Moms Demand Action” groups after the Sandy Hook school shooting, and is financed largely by Michael Bloomberg.

You can watch Joe shouting about gun control about an hour and a quarter after he was scheduled to speak here:
Although he did discuss background checks, he didn’t mention a single thing about Hunter’s conviction for lying on the federal form about his drug addiction.
The only thing more awkward than this contrast will be the Regime Media contortions in reporting this news.
After cheering on the absurd New York conviction of former President Trump and the zombie-like droning of “No one is above the law” 5-seconds after the Hunter Biden sweetheart deal fell through because whistleblowers came forward and Judge Noreika saw through the shenanigans that would give Hunter immunity from prosecution for life, the Partisan Presstitutes are now going to have to defend the rule of law — balancing Hunter’s right to appeal while they quietly agree that crack addicts probably shouldn’t be able to purchase a gun, even if they are Democrats. After all, a lot of these journos aren’t exactly big 2A advocates.
And let’s keep things in perspective when the Left shriek that the Biden DOJ isn’t biased — they went after Hunter for a gun crime because that’s one thing that wouldn’t implicate the Big Guy.
Don't get it twisted — they went after Hunter on this, so they don't have to go after him on crimes that would bring down Biden.
Don't take your eyes off the ball.
