Gender Ideology Is Put On BLAST… Will The Left STILL Say ‘Believe The Science’ NOW?

Up until about five minutes ago, it’s been almost impossible to get anyone in officialdom to take a firm stand on ideas that were self-evident until about Obama’s second term.

That’s when new gender orthodoxy supplanted what humanity had held as self-evident for — pretty much all of recorded history. And anyone who disagreed with the new ideas was a hater, a bigot, and worse.

Even Joe Biden’s nominee for the Supreme Court got caught up on the political correctness, and claimed not to know how to define the word ‘woman’ — despite the deep irony that Biden choose her as a nominee explicitly because she was a black woman.

There was an activist groundswell in challenging gender norms that resulted in massive cultural changes, including impacts to women’s sports, prison policy, medical insurance obligations, hiring policy, that got down to the point of rewriting language to the point that it had normal people tying themselves into ridiculous knots in trying NOT say the wrong thing… while being deeply insulting to regular people in the process.

Governmnents have even interposed themselves between parents and children over this issue, believing themselves to the be the moral superiors to loving parents who do not which to see minor children making impulsive decisions that cannot be reversed in later years.

Europe has already seen a reversal in the radical policies… including a wide-ranging policy of what has come to be known as ‘gender-affirming care’… especially in the light of various damning revelations about WPATH.

Here we have a group of scientists making specific scientifically-grounded claims to call out the various American institutions that have adopted the various ‘gender-affirming’ approaches that have been championed by well-financed activist groups in recent years.

The American College of Pediatricians just put out a 🔥🔥🔥 statement calling out all the major medical associations by name for pushing the gender transition craze on kids.

They ask for these groups to “IMMEDIATELY stop the promotion of social affirmation, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgeries for children and adolescents who experience distress over their biological sex.”

“Therefore, given the recent research and the revelations of the harmful approach advocated by WPATH and its followers in the United States, we, the undersigned, call upon the medical professional organizations of the United States, including the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Endocrine Society, the Pediatric Endocrine Society, American Medical Association, the American Psychological Association, and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to follow the science and their European professional colleagues and immediately stop the promotion of social affirmation, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgeries for children and adolescents who experience distress over their biological sex. Instead, these organizations should recommend comprehensive evaluations and therapies aimed at identifying and addressing underlying psychological co-morbidities and neurodiversity that often predispose to and accompany gender dysphoria. We also encourage the physicians who are members of these professional organizations to contact their leadership and urge them to adhere to the evidence-based research now available.”

This may not be the ‘big’ institutions that ‘officialdom’ considers ‘reputable’, but the pandemic taught as a thing or two about how objective and honest ‘officialdom’ really can be.

Will these institutions ‘believe the science’? Even if that means ‘biting the hand that feeds them’?

We’re at the point of the story where the emperor is parading in front of the people, and they will bow to the heavy pressures to pretend they see what isn’t there, or they can take the public risk of admitting what we all knew to be true all along.
