One Butler police official is NOT mincing any words about how big this cluster**** really was, and who he thinks should be responsible for it.
According to the real-time conversation he’s having with other Butler police, he was told, by the Secret Service — as early as TUESDAY! — that the Secret Service would have someone posted on that roof.

If they had, the high ground would never have been conceded, and the man the killer murdered would still be with us today.
Decisions were made.
