With MSNBC circling the toilet — and up for sale — it’s obvious to almost that the heyday of network news is firmly in the rearview mirror.
Just like so much print media has been pushed aside by the various advantages of digital, network news TV is being pushed aside by new media counterparts: podcasts, livestreams, and social media.
Elon Musk, who was roundly mocked for risking big in buying Twitter, is laughing all the way to the bank.
In the day after the election, when the media smear machine failed to take down Trump or prop up Kamala, Elon couldn’t help but take a victory lap.
The press heard it. And they didn’t like it.
Here is the CEO of the shamelessly shilling for Kamala outlet, Axios in a profanity-laced reply to Elon’s taunt. That clip is featured on MSNBC where the Morning Joe crowd applauds him for it.
