It is a sad day when we celebrate the idea that an American judge actually follows the law and gives parents the rights the law entitles them to have. The most shocking and hopeful thing about this headline is the fact that a judge in California made his judgement based on no other opinion than what the law states.
This is a great day for parent’s rights over the state and we wish these parents great success in their endeavor to create a school where order prevails over the chaos that the students of Desert Trails have been subjected.
