Media outlets and personalities across the political spectrum agreed that Mitt Romney won the first presidential debate of the general election.
“That wasn’t a debate so much as Mitt Romney just took Obama for a cross country drive strapped to the roof of his car,” The Weekly Standard’s Mark Hemingway tweeted. But it wasn’t just conservatives saying Romney beat Obama.

“What was Romney doing? He was winning!” MSNBC’s Chris Matthews said. “Obama should watch MSNBC every night” to improve his debate prep, he added.

Newsweek’s Andrew Sullivan, a fervent Obama supporter, denounced his performance. “He choked. He lost. He may even have lost election tonight,” Sullivan tweeted.

“Has Obama ever been this off his game?” Vanity Fair tweeted, adding “Good LORD Obama wouldn’t win a student council election against a chubby nerd with that closing argument.”

James Carville, a former Clinton adviser, said on CNN that it “Looked like Romney wanted to be there & Obama didn’t,” per Laura Ingraham, who also noted that Anderson Cooper said Obama appeared “rusty.”

Bill Maher whacked Obama throughout the debate, before concluding that the president “needs a teleprompter” when facing Romney.
“I don’t think he explained himself very well on the economy,” MSNBC’s Ed Schultz said of Obama after the debate. “I thought he was off his game.”

I watched how angry Obama was and how crimson his face was getting by the minute. Romney said it like it was, “the truth.” Obama does not like it when anyone makes him look like an idiot, or dares to disagree or prove him wrong. It’s all about Obama and the spot light so he can glorify himself as the all knowing, all powerful. Romney should have asked, “How many businesses have you started, Mr. President?” Obama couldn’t answer, because he’s sent more money to terrorists countries and more business have gone out of business because of his heavy taxes. Obama hasn’t a clue what it takes to start a business or what makes a business successful. For the four years Obama has been in office, he’s committed treason and sedition. Under Article 11 Sec-4 of the US Constitution: ” The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the US, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of; treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeaners.” Treason is giving aide and comfort to the enemy, which Obama continues to do. He gave aide to the enemy of these United States when he sent money to terrorists and refused to help Ambassador Stevens when the White House begged for protection. He responded, “Sorry, we cannot help you.” Sedition is the highest crime anyone could commit, and that alone warrants arrest, trial and execution or life in prison without the possiblity of parole. Sedition is the act of overthrowing the Government, which he intends to do by proclaiming himself Supreme Ruler of these United States of America. Obama continues to write one Executive Order after another without going through the Congress. Again, the US Constitution is clear; Only Congress can make and pass laws. It’s time we remove every Congressman/woman who has been in office for more than 10 years and terms be put in place to ensure those who are elected do the job(s) they are paid to do by the taxpayers. Ted Kennedy remained in control from 1962 to 2009, which was way too long to remain in power.

It would have been interesting to have a ‘window’ into 0bama’s head while this narcissist was being cut down to size by Romney’s factual assault on 0bama’s total failure as a prez. I had hoped Romney would come out with both barrels blazin’, and I was not dissapointed. Also wonder how the after show party was in 0bama’s camp. Soon as ‘mr cool’ was out of public sight, there was no doubt some serious ranting and raving, cussin’ of all sorts and blaming everone but himself, of course.
