Idiot Alert: Dorner’s Alleged Murder Spree ‘Exciting,’ Like ‘Denzel Washington Movie’

Panelists MC Lyte, Jack Moore, Editor of BuzzFeed Sports, Lauren Ashburn, Editor-in-chief at The Daily Download, and Mark Lamont Hill joined Brooke Baldwin on CNN today to talk about the social media support for alleged quadruple killer Christopher Dorner. Ashburn was the only one on the panel who had a problem with the alleged cop killer being celebrated saying that he crossed a line when he began killing people to get his revenge for his alleged grievences. The rest of the panel concluded that Dorner “had a point” and that the unfolding story was theatric. Hill said that the saga was “exciting,” “like ‘Django Unchained’ in real life,” and Dorner was similar to a “super hero.”

        My take is this: Mr. O’Reilly is in a different phase of his life. I believe much of his “edge” has waned when it comes to exposing and confronting things like he used to do. I don’t dislike him and still watch mostly, but I think he has eased himself largely into writing his books and promoting them, which is fine. So that’s my 2 cents worth.

20 years ago, the LAPD had a reputation of being “racist.”
Today’s LAPD is comprised of (just) 33% caucasians. The majority (67%) are minorities.

Dorner didn’t “report” his female supervisor, until after she gave him a bad evaluation.
Dorner had a reputation for being a marginal candidate / officer. He shot himself on
the range, with his (own) pistol. He was once observed sitting in a patrol car … crying.

Perhaps LAPD’s affirmative action program is the real culprit here. When affirmative action trumps the time tested selection process of taking the best and most qualified candidates, bad things can happen. Bad things like choosing a nut job, like Dorner, primarily because he was black.

I had an insurance agency with a major insurance carrier in New Jersey, and their orders were, quite simply,”.Your next sales Secretary, must be a MINORITY,”, and preferably BLACK. That was the command. Well, we got our minority secretary, who had no office skills, much less could even speak decent English. It was like”Boyz N,Da Hood. Whatch you say man. I got to go have lunch now. My customers were amazed at how this incompetent,dumb,racist, black lady was even considered. True story. She lasted about six months, when my customers,openly complained to our companies, home office, and told the CEO, directly that they would cancel all their policies. Only in America. The mass murders will continue as long as the mass media and TV will allow an inconsequential misfit to obtain instantaneous infamy. That is the engine driving this phenomenon. Hill and others of his ilk obtain their measure of attention by making outrageous statements on camera. The two feed off each other. We had a “minor” incident in MN last week where a miscreant left his parents house with a pistol, multiple mags and a fanny pack of ammo. He started shooting at cars and fatally shot a 10 year old in the head also wounding several others before surrendering. He got local TV news coverage and headlines but you can’t make it to the show with only a single random killing.
