Looks Like the Cop Killer is Now a Crispy Critter.

Human remains have been found in the burned-out cabin where a fugitive ex-cop was believed to be hiding and investigators will attempt to identify them through forensic tests, a sheriff’s spokeswoman said in a statement to Fox News.

San Bernardino County sheriff’s spokeswoman Jodi Miller says the remains were found late Tuesday after a shootout. Authorities believe Christopher Dorner barricaded himself inside the cabin and a fire later ensued.

Investigators will attempt to determine if the remains are Dorner’s through forensic tests.

Dorner, who vowed not to be taken alive, had been surrounded inside the cabin since early Tuesday afternoon. It was not clear who set the fire in the Big Bear community where Dorner apparently has been hiding since sometime last week.

The saga has gripped the country, and has the nation’s third-largest police department on tenterhooks for a week. Dorner, a former Navy man and highly trained marksman, had vowed revenge on the department he believed had wronged him – designating specific targets for death.

I won’t tolerate anymore of this brainless idiocy by people saying the police “denied Dorner due process”; they gave him every opportunity to surrender. He had just murdered another one of their co-workers & severely wounded yet another, having written of his ruthless, determined intent to kill as many as he could, and also having declared that he would not be taken alive. Any more games would only likely result in more death to cops and civilians. Setting fire to the cabin–if not already set by Dorner himself–was just another patient, generous tactic to give him a chance to come out with hands up–he didn’t. Dorner did it to himself.

  Only anti-Americans will criticize police action in this case.The man is a killer, a murdered and should be charged with that. The only reason it is OK to kill another person, is that he is guilty of some heinous crime or to protect someone else’s life. This man is a murdered of someone who was striving to keep the law. How did the cops know that there were not other hostages in the home they deliberately burned to the ground?
They say remainS which is plural.
Will the cops be charged for Arson? Fire dept. was not allowed to put out the fire.
Who pays the homeowner for his loss?
Will the cops be charged for shooting the 2 ladies delivering newspaper?
Do they get to shoot at anyone in a pickup?

I would like to know why they are dragging their butts in confirming, for sure, who this person is. If it is NOT Dorner, they are losing valuable time in finding him. The identity should have been done ASAP. The only other possibility is that they know and are NOT releasing the information.

Deliberately burning a surrounded suspect alive is murder.
There was absolutely no pretext of a presumption of innocent until proven guilty, no chance at a day in court as prescribed by law.
He was contained. He wasn’t going anywhere.
They could have waited it out. They could have used a gas that would cause loss of consciousness.
They didn’t. They chose the expedient solution that satisfied their desire to kill him ASAP – burn him alive a la Waco.
In fact, I have seen absolutely NO proof that Mr. Dorner actually wrote the purported “manifesto,” OR that he actually committed the crimes attributed to him. Merely allegations from law “enforcement” spread and lent “credibility” by a compliant media so captivated by sensationalism that they often create it themselves when they find the naturally-occurring variety to be insufficiently spectacular. (Remember … “If it bleeds, it leads.”)
If he did actually murder the people he’s accused of murdering, he should have been punished in accordance with the law, not willfully subjected to a summary execution by arson by cops.
He was surrounded with no possibility of escape.
The scanner tapes are damning. They INTENDED to burn him alive.
The cases of innocents, including two elderly white women delivering newspapers who the police TRIED to summarily execute, and at least one other similar incident, clearly show that the police had NO intention of capturing him. They were intent on killing him on sight, ASAP, and damn the collateral damage. (Why? Pure revenge or coverup? Either shows malice and premeditation.)
Had they had the opportunity, is there any real doubt that they would have eagerly blasted him with a hellfire missile from a predator drone in the middle of rush hour traffic on the San Bernardino freeway?
“Law enforcement” in this country have, in too many cases, become little more than a band of highly militarized armed thugs who believe they can do anything and use any means at their disposal, no matter how reprehensible, and without accountability.
All over this country, there are increasingly frequent cases of excessive use of force – in many cases against people who are totally innocent of any wrongdoing – where people (and their families) are brutalized or killed, their pets are killed unnecessarily (it appears that shooting people’s dogs is viewed as virtually SOP), and other injustices which turn the idea that policemen are our friends on its head.
I am not defending any bad acts that Dorner MAY have committed.
I AM condemning the tactics and bad acts of those who are sworn to uphold the law, yet obviously believe they are above it.

Wake up people!!! This whole thing was a hoax. We must never forget the lame-stream media does one thing and one thing only….LIE!! Don’t forget we are at war people. When has the media not been used to form public opinion through spin, distortion and outright fabrication of lies. It’s all propaganda to further the agenda of destroying this country. Some of you are almost as bad as the liberal press. If you look at this objectively, you can see people falling out right along party lines.
