Equating a legitimate Biblical doctrine of the Catholic Church with the barbaric mutilation of the genitalia of little girls in Islam?

He then made the astounding equivalence of girls in some (Muslim) cultures being forced to marry before they are 10 years old and women in the United States being paid about 70 percent of what men earn for the same work.
