Tale of Two Cities: Rome & Washington — One Fell, One Headed There?

And what are the results of people being tolerant of such a lifestyle, even going so far as to legalize it? Condoning same-sex marriages is practically condoning homosexual behavior, but it also becomes a slippery-slope. Now that some states are allowing same-sex marriages, polygamists are demanding the legalization of having more than one spouse.

Meanwhile, advocates of pedophilia (e.g. NAMBLA- North American Man Boy Love Association) and other sexual deviancy (incest, bestiality, necrophilia) are demanding that their behavior be legalized. Meanwhile, there are cases of same-sex couples who adopt children, then wind up molesting them (I bet NAMBLA would be proud). And of course, some homosexual men like to rely on rubber sheets and gerbils, thus combining homosexuality and bestiality. Needless to say, if same-sex marriages are allowed, then soon the legalization of having sex with anyone or anything will be legalized, as would indecent exposure (something that is becoming a common occurrence in San Francisco). The next thing you know, rape will no longer be a crime.

It isn’t just the moral reasons one should be concerned about, but also the health reasons. Many homosexual men engage in unprotected sex, thus leading to an increase in cases of AIDS and other diseases. Some continue to engage in and/or advocate their lifestyle despite contracting these life-ending diseases. It’s basically the equivalent of playing Russian roulette. Meanwhile, it has been discovered that tuberculosis outbreaks have occurred in some places due to HIV positive individuals coming down with the disease. Who’s to say that outbreaks of other diseases (e.g. SARS, Swine Flu) might not occur as well?

Meanwhile, back in 2009 the Obama Administration lifted the ban on HIV positive immigrants, on the grounds that the ban was discriminatory. Thus, immigrants who contracted the AIDS virus will be allowed into the United States, although they might pose a health risk. Suppose a terrorist who is HIV positive carries out a suicide bombing, thus infecting anyone who isn’t killed by the blast? Or perhaps a terrorist with AIDS might resort to biological warfare.

Despite this situation, there is hope. Many people are standing up to the gay activists, and not just Pope Francis (who made it clear that marriage is between one man and one woman) but also an organization known as PFOX (Parents and Friends of Ex-Gays and Gays). Its goal is to educate the public on sexual orientation. PFOX emphasizes the fact that sexual orientation is a choice, and therefore people who are gay can leave the lifestyle.

Thus, people are not born gay (contrary to popular belief). They can abandon the lifestyle, despite any indoctrination, intimidation, or violence used against them. So the gay activists (like the Muslims) can say you-can-only-leave-if you-are-dead all they want, but it has not prevented many people from leaving the gay lifestyle and fully embracing heterosexuality.

But the question remains, will the American people as a whole stand up to the homosexual agenda?
