Another Useful Idiot Punts In Favor Of Islam

Sadly, for those of us who actually engage our gray matter frequently in critical thought … our world is rife with mindless drones who babble on about things they know not of. AND, because their craniums are so replete with offal … it tends to fall out of their mouths…

Another has been added to the ranks of Islam’s useful idiots. He’s a dangerous Dhimmi and tragically, a Presbyterian minister by the name of Ben Daniels. So confused by the consumption of Kafir Kool-Aid is he, that he wrote a book to share his disinformation with the gullible in our midst. His unfortunate abomination of a book is titled, The Search for Truth about Islam: A Christian Pastor Separates Fact from Fiction. The problem is … all his facts ARE fiction, spoon-fed to him by Taqiyya-practicing Muslim sources, and their assorted arrogant apologists.

How can I be so sure? A brief look here at the opening definition in Daniels’ first chapter, followed by a statement made by the author (all packed with lies)…

From Chapter 1: “Keys To The Kingdom”:

Islam — an Arabic word that derives from a root that can mean “peace” or “submission” — is a religion that is monotheistic (affirming a belief in one God) and Abrahamic (understanding that one God to be the same God worshipped by Jews and Christians). A Muslim is someone who practices Islam; the word “Muslim” is derived from the same root as “Islam” and means “one who submits” or “one who makes peace.”

Sorry, Mr. Daniels … this is basically pernicious, paltering poop! According to experts in the area of Islam (like Robert Spencer), the term Islam means “submission” (or “surrender”). The submission emphasized by Islam is submission to Allah, the god of Islam. It has NOTHING whatsoever to do with peace (unless you’re referring to the silence that occurs when all infidels either convert, are enslaved or are executed). And as far as being the same God that Jews and Christians worship, um, nope … Allah was the pagan Moon god that Muhammed swiped in order to garner favor with pagans, in order to gain recognition as a prophet.

A follower of Islam is called a “Muslim” and is “one who submits” or “one who surrenders”. A Muslim submits to Allah by obeying Allah’s commands in the Quran (believed by Muslims to be the literal word of Allah), along with the traditions of Muhammad (Islam’s prophet) contained in the Hadith (collections of true stories about Muhammad).

Crucial Islamic doctrines are outlined in the Six Articles of Faith, which include belief in Muhammad’s teachings concerning 1) Allah, 2) angels and other spirit beings, 3) prophets, 4) scriptures, 5) the Day of Judgment, and 6) predestination. Essential Muslim practices are listed in the Five Pillars of Islam and consist of 1) reciting the Islamic Creed (shahada), 2) performing prescribed Islamic prayers (salat), 3) giving alms (zakat) in accordance with Muhammad’s teachings, 4) fasting during the Month of Ramadan, and 5) taking the pilgrimage to Mecca (Hajj).

Author’s statement:

Islamophobia is out there and it comes as a result of our fear, the fear of Muslims and Islam, which has been with us a long time … .In North America, it dates back to the 18th century, but I don’t think fear has ever been productive. It doesn’t make us safer; it doesn’t improve us as people. What we really need is hope and common sense and we need to get to know each other. If we do that, we will all be OK.

There are about 1.5 billion Muslims in the world … The CIA suspects there are fewer than 20,000 active members of terrorist organizations in the world.

Nice try, Reverend … but no sale…

Terrorism experts and analysts, including Daniel Pipes, have estimated that 1015% of the 1.5 billion plus Muslim population in the world are Islamist (devout Muslims). That would be approximately 150 million, bomb-belt donning, machete-wielding, fist-beating, child-raping, rocket-launching, IED-planting, misogynist followers of Muhammed. And the numbers are growing daily.

Concerning Daniels’ claims of “Islamophobia” … author and journalist (Atlantic Monthly), Jeffrey Taylor wrote in Salon.com:

“Islamophobia” is nothing more than a quack pseudo-diagnosis suggesting pathological prejudice against, and fear of, a supposedly neutral subject, Islam, in the way agoraphobic folk cringe at open places or claustrophobes dread an elevator. Based on the erroneous premise that those who criticize Islam are somehow ill, the term, along with its adjective “Islamophobic”, should be banished from our lexicon as pernicious to rational thinking. People, regardless of race or creed, deserve equal rights and respect; religions, which are essentially hallowed ideologies, merit no a priori respect, but, rather, gimlet-eyed scrutiny, the same scrutiny one would apply to, say, communism, conservatism or liberalism. No one has a right to wield religion as a shield – or as a sword.

This reverend … instead of leading his flock to be more like Jesus … is busy polluting their minds with lies that will confuse and endanger innocents globally. Paltering about a barbaric, totalitarian ideology enables these devout followers, in Western nations with ignorant leadership … and emboldens them to carry out their insidious acts upon the innocent.

And somehow, I’m just not getting how this book fits into Mr. Daniels Christlike role in the Christian church. Perhaps it’s time for the “good” reverend to return to his first love … the world will be better-off, if he does.

Shalom through strength…
