As part of a six-figure cable ad buy, the Republican party has rolled out a series of commercials featuring people who don’t statistically vote for the GOP, talking about why the Repubs fit their lifestyle the best.
2. He Thinks Reducing Regulations Will Lower Gas Prices & Make Jobs
In Scott’s two adds, posted on the GOP’s Youtube page on March 16, he forms a general, vague thesis about how clean energy is bringing up gas costs and how unidentified “regulations” make it impossible to hire anyone.
3. The GOP is Desperately Trying to Reach Young People
Like Scott, who blamed his friend’s unemployment and high electricity bills on Democrats, Republicans have also gone after Obama on charter schools, NSA surveillance and taxes to try to win the votes of young kids.
