REMEMBER: There WAS A Time When Professional Athletes Boldly DEFENDED The American Flag

Yesterday, April 25th, 2017, was the forty-first anniversary of Rick Monday snatching an American Flag that two leftists were trying to burn in the outfield during a Chicago Cubs game being played in Dodger Stadium on April 25th, 1976.

Unlike some of the whiney kids who are professional athletes today, Rick Monday was and still is an American Hero.

From 41,000 feet I salute your great play, sir, and so did the thousands of fans who gave you a standing ovation that day.

Share if you are hoping we can see athlete’s with this kind of heart grab the spotlight once again.
