BUSTED: Google’s ‘Left-wing Bias Has Alienated Its Own Workers’ – Is It Time To Boycott Google?

A senior software engineer at Google has made shockwaves with his claims that Google is an ‘echo chamber’ where dissenting views aren’t permitted.

*update* That employee was since fired. And the Fake News media was complicit, since most of the headlines completely misrepresented everything he wrote in his document.
Here Are All The Media Outlets Blatantly Lying About The Google Memo *update*

Of course, we knew that already with the support that they showed for Hillary by suppressing certain searches when the search included the name ‘Clinton’.

In a 10-page document, the unnamed engineer said quite a few politically incorrect things like, men and women often have different motivations, denouncing the ‘gender gap’, and endorses hiring based on merit rather than quotas to fill artificial diversity requirements.

Internet giant Google has been accused by one of its own employees of ‘alienating conservatives’ with its politically correct left-wing bias.

A senior software engineer at the company claimed in a document that was distributed to colleagues that right-wing employees were forced to keep their views ‘in the closet’ to avoid hostility.

The unnamed employee’s outburst also triggered a gender row as he suggested ‘biological causes’ and ‘neuroticism’ were responsible for the lack of women in top tech jobs.

He says that men that complain about a gender issue are dismissed as ‘whiners’ or ‘misogynists’.

He goes into the differences between men and women and says that we shouldn’t quickly dismiss these ideas as sexism.

‘We need to stop assuming that gender gaps imply sexism,’ writes the employee.

‘I’m simply stating that the distribution of preferences and abilities of men and women differ in part due to biological causes and that these differences may explain why we don’t see equal representation of women in tech and leadership.’

He says that generally, women are more interested in people and feelings, while men are more interested in ideas and things. This explains why women are more interested in social or artistic careers and men are more drawn to coding and hard sciences.

He then goes after affirmative action programs.

The writer says Google’s affirmative action programs for people of a ‘certain gender or race’ and special priority for ‘diversity’ candidates is discriminatory.

‘We’re told by senior leadership that what we’re doing is both the morally and economically correct thing to do, but without evidence this is just veiled left ideology that can irreparably harm Google,’ he claims.

‘Discriminating just to increase the representation of women in tech is as misguided and biased as mandating increases for women’s representation in the homeless, work-related and violent deaths, prisons, and school dropouts,’ he adds.

There was also a section called ‘Stop Alienating Conservatives’.

‘In highly progressive environments, conservatives are a minority that feel like they need to stay in the closet to avoid open hostility,’ he claims.

‘We should empower those with different ideologies to be able to express themselves.

‘Alienating conservatives is both non-inclusive and generally bad business because conservatives tend to be higher in conscientiousness, which is require for much of the drudgery and maintenance work characteristic of a mature company.’

The reaction on social media shows just how deep the ‘echo chamber’ is.

Some are calling for the unidentified man to be fired for expressing his views and attributing motive for his rant that’s based on, you guessed it, racism and/or sexism.

‘I believe he’s frustrated that not all people are men who look like him. The struggle is real,’ said one tweet.

‘If HR does nothing in this case, I will consider leaving this company for real for the first time in five years,’ another a Google worker wrote.

Danielle Brown, Google’s new Vice President of Diversity, Integrity, & Governance has attempted to distance the company from the document. It’s not a viewpoint that the company endorses, promotes, or encourages.

‘Many of you have read an internal document shared by someone in our engineering organization, expressing views on the natural abilities and characteristics of different genders, as well as whether one can speak freely of these things at Google.

‘And like many of you, I found that it advanced incorrect assumptions about gender.

‘We are unequivocal in our belief that diversity and inclusion are critical to our success as a company, and we’ll continue to stand for that and be committed to it for the long haul,’ she said.

Google’s VP of Diversity responded to a claim that some views are being censored is to claim that they value diversity.

Ok, we have a little visual for Ms. Brown:

Talk about missing the point completely.

His point was you live in an echo chamber that pushes leftist views and silences conservative ones.

Conservatives are not the ones saying that all women should vote for Hillary because women vote with their vaginas.

Conservatives are not the ones saying that black people are uniform in their ideas and culture.

Conservatives don’t lump people into their various groups and expect their behavior to correspond to those groups.

We’re individuals, not the Borg with a ‘hive mind’.

Intersectionality for determining how marginalized people are and therefore how much they need to be assisted is a leftist idea.

Leftists are not the ones that see people as individuals, no matter how much they scream about it. That’s part of the Frankenstein worldview of the left. And that’s why it doesn’t make sense.

But maybe the goal is to get us to all think the same way and not question anything.

To just accept that the gender gap is a real thing and that affirmative action policies will end discrimination forever.

Then maybe the United States could elect a Black President and we’d usher in a new, post-racial era and live in a beautiful, discrimination-free utopia.

Oh, wait.

That didn’t happen.

And don’t forget there’s always a new civil rights issue around the corner.

Otherwise, ‘Progressives’ would be finished with their constant need for ‘progress’ and have no purpose.

Share if you are not surprised by the claims made in the memo about Google’s anti-conservative bias
