The most foolish mistake we could possibly make would be to allow the subject races to possess arms. History shows that all conquerors who have allowed their subject races to carry arms have prepared their own downfall by so doing. Indeed, I would go so far as to say that the supply of arms to the underdogs is a sine qua non for the overthrow of any sovereignty. So let’s not have any native militia or native police. German troops alone will bear the sole responsibility for the maintenance of law and order throughout the occupied Russian territories, and a system of military strong-points must be evolved to cover the entire occupied country.

So, the first of the new NYS Gun Laws have kicked in … the owners of guns now reclassified as
“assault weapons” are required to register the firearms and new limits on the number of bullets allowed in magazines is 7 (OK, fellow Nyers … you better be a marksman or else…).
What’s next … now everyone extend the right arm to at least eye level, straighten the hand so that it is parallel to the arm and vigorously cry out, “Heil!”?
Now, if Leftists like Cuomo were sitting with their minions in a sandbox, behind their sandcastle making draconian proclamations against the kids they didn’t like, I’d say, “Aww those silly Libs“. But these puerile politicians are making insidious edicts circumventing our Constitutional rights.

Whether you like looking back at history or not, I believe you need to look the past straight in the face and see if there is anything to glean from it … to avoid making similar mistakes. And anyone with an ounce of integrity and an iota of intelligence … cannot avoid the following history info from the Nazi years…
Nazi Weapons Act of 1938 (from Gun Control: Gateway to Tyranny):
— Classified guns for “sporting purposes”.
— All citizens who wished to purchase firearms had to register with the Nazi officials and have a background check.
— Presumed German citizens were hostile and thereby exempted Nazis from the gun control law.
— Gave Nazis unrestricted power to decide what kinds of firearms could, or could not be owned by private persons.
— The types of ammunition that were legal were subject to control by bureaucrats.
— Juveniles under 18 years could not buy firearms and ammunition.
And let’s not forget the Gun Control Law Passed by the German Government one day after Kristallnacht (a pogrom [a series of coordinated attacks against Jews] throughout Nazi Germany and parts of Austria on November 9-10, 1938) according to Interior Minister Frick, Berlin, November 11, 1938:
§1. Jews (§5 of the First Regulations of the German Citizenship Law of 14 November 1935, Reichsgesetzblatt I, p. 1333) are prohibited from acquiring, possessing, and carrying firearms and ammunition, as well as truncheons or stabbing weapons. Those now possessing weapons and ammunition are at once to turn them over to the local police authority.
